Kimber Unveils Their Best in 2009

Kimber is proud to offer a huge new selection of guns in the year 2009. They have six new pistols, perfect for law enforcement applications and for competitive shooters. In addition, they feature new rifles that will make a great impression on the international shooting community.

Kimber's 6 New Pistols

First, there is the Tactical Custom HD 11 and the Tactical Entry II. They are both chambered in .45 ACP. They have stainless steel frames, match grade barrels, night sights and extended magazine wells. They also have 30 lines-per-inch frontstraps for a positive grip.

Next are the Stainless Ultra Raptor II .45 ACP and the Stainless Pro Raptor II .45 ACP. These come from the Kimber Custom Shop and have an amazingly dramatic appearance. They have stainless steel slides, night sights, thumb safety features that are ambidextrous and zebra wood grips.

The Team Match II is the new pistol that was actually custom built for the Rapid Fire Pistol Team in the United States for their competitions. It is chambered in 9mm and has standard features including a stainless steel slide and frame and an adjustable sight.

Finally, the Compact Stainless II .45 ACP has been revised to include a light weight aluminum frame. This makes it easier to carry and more comfortable for the user.

New Kimber Rifles for 2009

This year, Kimber is featuring the Model 84M Classic Stainless rifle. They are available in .243 Win., 7mm-08 Rem., and .308 Win. They each have a stainless steel barreled action and a classic and lovely walnut stock. New this year as well, the Model 84M Montana will be available in 204 Ruger and .223 Rem. These rifles weigh in at only a bit over 5 pounds, making them incredibly light weight and manageable for hunting enthusiasts.

Tactical Rifles

The Model 8400 Police Tactical Rifle is the new one on the market in the tactical field this year. It is chambered in .300 Win. Mag. and it performs beautifully for its value. There is a .280 Ackley Improved cartridge that will now be available in both the Kimble Model 8400 Classic Select Grade and Montana models. Due to requests from customers, the 7mm Rem. Mag. is now going to be offered in the Model 8400 Classic and Sonora lines. Furthermore, the Model 8400 SuperAmerica, which is considered Kimber's best rifle, will have .270 Win. And .30-60 Spfd. cartridges.

All of these improvements for 2009 continue to show the best that Kimber has to offer. Kimber is constantly responding to customer requests and working to create the best guns possible for people of all walks of life.
